Family & Adolescent Therapy
Supporting families and adolescents in moving beyond reactive cycles—toward clearer communication, secure attachment, and a stronger sense of identity for everyone at the table.
What we’ll work on, together
Family and adolescent therapy is rooted in the understanding that no teen exists in isolation—and that behavior is often a story the family system is trying to tell. The work looks at the whole picture, then helps everyone show up to one another a little differently.
- Understanding complex family patterns and generational dynamics that shape teen behavior.
- Strengthening attachment and emotional safety within the parent-teen relationship.
- Supporting adolescents in developing a secure and authentic sense of identity while exploring family narratives that influence conflict and connection.
- Moving beyond reactive cycles to foster clear, sincere, and productive communication.
Behavior is often a story the family system is trying to tell—together, we listen.
Who this is for

How we begin
Reach out for a free 20-minute video consultation. We can talk through who should attend that first session—sometimes it’s parents alone, sometimes the teen, sometimes everyone together. There’s no one right way to start.
Things feeling stuck at home?
The first conversation is free—for parents, for teens, for whoever takes the first step.
