Your therapist.
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who believes healing and growth happen in the context of relationships—our relationship with ourselves and our relationships with the people we care about most.
I work with couples, individuals, and families who feel stuck in familiar patterns, navigating life transitions, or simply wanting relationships to feel lighter, clearer, and more connected.
If you’re tired of having the same conversations on repeat, feeling unseen, or carrying more than your share emotionally, therapy can be a place to slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and begin shifting those patterns.
My approach is collaborative and narrative at heart. Together, we explore the stories that have shaped you—including the family, cultural, and generational threads that still show up today—and gently loosen the ones that no longer fit. You are not your worst moment, and you don’t have to keep repeating inherited patterns. We can honor where you come from while creating space for who you are becoming.
With couples, I draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy to help partners move out of frustrating cycles and into stronger emotional safety and connection—less “we’ve had this fight before” and more “I actually feel heard.” Our work focuses on deepening understanding and helping both partners feel valued, respected, and secure.
I especially enjoy working with young adults from diverse backgrounds as they clarify their values, explore identity, and learn how to show up authentically in relationships without losing themselves. I am LGBTQ+ affirming and committed to creating a space where all identities and family structures are respected and welcomed.
If you’re ready to feel more grounded and connected, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. You’re welcome to connect with me and schedule a free 20-minute consultation to see if this feels like the right fit.
