Couples therapy is about more than resolving today’s conflict—it’s about understanding the cycle underneath, the stories each partner is carrying, and the kind of connection you both actually want. The work draws from Emotionally Focused Therapy and the Gottman Method, two of the most well-researched approaches in couples care.

- Exploring family-of-origin influences that shape attachment, conflict, and the stories each of you carries—and re-authoring the story of your relationship together.
